Corona virus infection in Bihar is slowly decreasing now. In view of the decreasing case, the Nitish government has started the process of unlocking the lockdown gradually. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced the relaxation of corona restrictions in the state for a week (June 16 to June 22). However, the night curfew in the state will continue from 8 pm to 5 am. This decision has been taken after the meeting of Crisis Management Group (CMG).
According to the new guidelines, for the next one week i.e. from June 16 to June 22, all government and non-government offices in the state can be opened till 5 pm, while easing the restrictions. Along with this, shops and establishments can be opened till 6 pm. At present, shops in the state are allowed to open between 6 am and 5 pm for a day.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tweeted, the status of corona infection has been reviewed. For the next 1 week i.e. from 16.06.21 to 22.06.21, now government and non-government offices will remain open till 5 pm, shops and establishments will remain open till 6 pm. Night curfew will be in force from 8 pm to 5 am.
A few days ago, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar himself went out in the capital Patna to take stock of the latest situation. During this, the CM appealed to the people to wear masks and follow the Corona guidelines. In view of the decreasing number of corona infected patients in Bihar, some relaxation has been given in Unlock-2.
