Mindtree Q2: Profit up 16.2%, Income at Rs 2,586.2 cr

In the second quarter on a quarterly basis, the company’s income in rupees has increased by 12.8 percent to Rs 2,586.2 crore.

IT company Mindtree has released the results for the second quarter ended 30 September 2021. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the company’s profit in the second quarter stood at Rs 399 crore, up 16.2 per cent. At the same time, it was estimated at Rs 358 crore in CNBC-TV18 poll. Whereas in the first quarter of the same financial year, the company’s profit stood at Rs 343.4 crore.

The company’s rupee earnings in the second quarter on a quarterly basis grew by 12.8 per cent to Rs 2,586.2 crore. At the same time, CNBC-TV18 poll had estimated it to be at Rs 2,500 crore. Whereas in the first quarter of the same financial year, the company’s income stood at Rs 2,291.8 crore.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the company’s dollar earnings in the second quarter grew 12.8 per cent to $350.1 million. At the same time, the CNBC-TV18 poll estimated it to be at $337.71 million. Whereas in the first quarter of the same financial year, the company’s dollar income stood at $ 310.5 million.

The company’s EBIT in Q2 stood at Rs 469.7 crore. Whereas CNBC-TV18 poll had estimated it at Rs 434.5 crore. At the same time, in the first quarter of the same financial year, the EBIT of the company stood at Rs 406.3 crore.

The company’s EBIT margin in Q2 stood at 18.1%. While a CNBC-TV18 poll estimated it to be at 17.4%. At the same time, in the first quarter of the same financial year, the company’s EBIT margin stood at 17.7%.

The company’s total contract value in Q2 stood at $360 million as against $504 million in the previous quarter. At the same time, in the second quarter of last year, the company’s total contract value stood at Rs 30.3 crore. The company’s attrition rate in the second quarter stood at 17.7%. At the same time, dollar revenue growth has been at 12.8%. At the same time, Constant Currency Revenue Growth has been at 13.4%.
