New Delhi: PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Update: Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the government does not send three installments of 6000 i.e. 2000 rupees annually to the farmers’ account. The 10th installment (PM Kisan 10th Installment) is about to come in the account of the farmers but, till now the 9th installment has not come in the account of many farmers. However, till now there are many questions regarding the eligibility of this scheme. For example, can both husband and wife take advantage of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana? Let’s know its rules.

Know who will get the benefit?

Both husband and wife cannot take advantage of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Benefits). If someone does this, the government will recover from him, calling him a fake. Apart from this, there are many such provisions which make farmers ineligible. If someone in the farmer’s family pays tax, then the benefit of this scheme will not be available. That is, if either of the spouses has paid income tax last year, then they will not get the benefit of this scheme.

Who are ineligible?

If a farmer is not using his agricultural land for agricultural work, but is doing other work or does farming work on the fields of others, and the field does not belong to him. Such farmers are also not entitled to take advantage of this scheme. If a farmer is doing farming, but the field is not in his name but in the name of his father or grandfather, then he will also not get the benefit of this scheme.

They can’t even get benefits

If someone is the owner of agricultural land, but he is a government employee or has retired, sitting or former MP, MLA, minister, then such people are also ineligible for the benefit of the farmer scheme. Professional registered doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants or their family members also come in the list of ineligible. Income tax paying families will also not get the benefit of this scheme.
