For the fourth quarter in a row, veteran investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has expanded his stake in construction and engineering company NCC Limited through his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala’s portfolio. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, also known as Big Bull on Dalal Street, invested in himself and his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala.
The Jhunjhunwala couple have been holding shares of NCC since December 2015. Jhunjhunwala first invested in NCC in December 2015 in the name of his wife Rekha. He bought more shares of the company in his own name from March 2016.
According to the data, as of December 2021, Rekha Jhunjhunwala’s shareholding in NCC was 1.90% or his company had 1.16 crore equity shares. On the other hand, shares of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala in NCC remained unchanged at 10.94% or 6,67,33,266 equity shares of NCC.

Jhunjhunwala did not change his stake in the NCC. He has increased his stake in the company by 0.72% through his wife Rekha’s portfolio. NCC’s latest shareholding data on exchanges shows that Rekha Jhunjhunwala owns 2.62% stake in the company or 1.6 million equity shares of the company as of March 2022.
Shares of NCC have fallen nearly 3% so far in 2022, according to a report in the Mint. Meanwhile, the stock has seen more than 8% fall in one year compared to Wednesday’s closing price. On 13 April 2021, NCC shares traded at Rs 75.8 on the BSE.
On Wednesday, NCC shares fell 0.71% to close at Rs 69.60 on the BSE. At present, the market value of NCC is Rs 4,244.53 crore. Despite a one-year stock correction, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has bought a stake in NCC.
The 52-week high of NCC shares is Rs 98.45 and the 52-week low is Rs 55.80
