Ukraine’s Secret Service has released an audio recording of a Russian soldier’s wife telling her husband on the phone to rape Ukrainian women.
The war between Russia and Ukraine has not only killed civilians, but also raped women and girls. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Secret Service Agency has released an audio that. It is alleged that the wife of a Russian soldier told her husband on the phone to rape Ukrainian women. And Radio Free Europe Radio Liberty Examined by this audio, the RFE / RL investigation revealed the identities of the Russian soldier and his wife.
The RFE / RL investigation found that the Russian soldier’s name was Roman Bikovsky, aged 27. His wife’s name was Olga Baikovskaya, whose first name was Pinyasovaya. This is the traumatic audio of the couple, while they were talking on the phone.
Ukrainian security services in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine have demanded the interception of the audio call, which is believed to have taken place since early April.
It contains a woman’s voice, which is heard giving to a man on the other side of the call ‘allowing Ukrainian women to be raped’. The woman laughs and says, “Yes, I allow. Just be careful.”

In the audio, the woman is heard saying, “So yes, do it there … there are Ukrainian women there. Rape them.” He laughs and says, don’t tell me anything, understand. The woman laughs and says, “Yes, I allow. Just take care.”
RFE / RL’s Russian service and Skhemy’s reporter, RFE / RL’s Ukrainian Service, a joint search project, received telephone numbers from two people in the call from sources in the Ukrainian security services. He then traced the social media accounts through these phone numbers. It turned out that it belonged to Bykowski and his wife.
Baikowski was born and raised in the town of Oriol, about 350 kilometers southwest of Moscow. After Russia occupied Crimea, Bykowski moved there. Baikovsky’s mother, Irina Baikovsky, revealed on social media posts that she was a member of the Russian Armed Forces.
What did the Russian army and his wife say?
RFE / RL contacted him, Baikowski confirmed his identity and said he was in Sevastopol. It is the port of Crimea, home to Russia’s Black Sea Fleet. However, he denied that the phone call was his.
Olga Bykovskaya, on the other hand, confirmed that her husband was in Sevastopol. When contacted by RFE / RL, they said he was injured and was being treated at a hospital. He did not answer any other question.
RFE / RL and Skhemy reported that, despite Bikovsky’s denials, his and his wife’s voices matched those heard on calls intercepted by the Ukrainian security services.

So far no one was able to send in the perfect solution, which is not strange.
The call recording comes at a time when Ukraine’s military and women have made serious allegations of rape against attacking Russian troops.
In a report released April 3, the New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) documented previously reported rape allegations.
