India on Tuesday announced its team for the final match of the World Test Championship (WTC) with New Zealand from Friday.
New Delhi: Team India, led by Virat Kohli, is currently preparing for the World Test Championship in England. The Indian team will play the WTC final against New Zealand from June 18-22. Team India has been announced before this big match.
WTC Finals Teams Announced
India on Tuesday announced its team for the final match of the World Test Championship (WTC) with New Zealand from Friday. The New Zealand team has also announced its team for the WTC final on Tuesday itself. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the team on Twitter on Tuesday. The BCCI has kept two wicketkeepers each in the form of Rishabh Pant and Wriddhiman Saha in the 15-member team. Apart from this, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja have also been included in the team.
Bumrah, Ishant also in the team
Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav and Mohammad Siraj have been included in the fast bowlers, while the batsmen include Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, captain Virat Kohli, vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane and Hanuma Vihari.
