An FIR has been lodged in Hoshangabad against senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh for tweeting about Ram Nabami’s violence in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh. This time Digvijay Singh has responded to this. He said that whatever FIRs there are for spreading love and harmony are acceptable.
The Congress leader said that if the tweeted picture was wrong, I would remove it. The BJP is pursuing an agenda against me. “File 1 lakh FIRs against me, I am not afraid,” he said. Digvijay Singh said, “No matter how many cases have been registered for speaking out against communal hysteria, I don’t care.” I tweeted and asked, isn’t it right? Regarding deleting the image from the tweet, Digvijay Singh said that it is not Khargone’s, so I deleted it.
We tell you that Digvijay Singh did a tweet which also had a picture. He was told of the violence in Khargone, but was later removed. In this regard, the BJP has accused Digvijay Singh of deliberately inciting communal violence. MP Sarkar has demanded to block Digvijay Singh’s Twitter account.
The government has sent a letter on Twitter. Not only BJP, Congress leader Sohan Balmiki also opened a front against Digvijay Singh. Expressing displeasure, he tweeted and asked if Digvijay Singh had authenticated the picture. The matter was caught. Police have filed a case against Digvijay Singh alleging BJP.
