Dr RS Sharma, head of CoWIN operations and CEO of the National Health Authority, said people over the age of 60 would need to show a co-morbidity certificate for the booster dose. He said there would be no change in the rest of the vaccination process as before. On the other hand, Covin-App can be used for more information. The doctor further said that 60 year olds who have taken both doses can get the third dose i.e. booster dose with co-morbidity certificate.
