New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch a customized crash course program for Covid-19 frontline workers via video conferencing at 11 a.m. on Friday (June 18, 2121). The program will start at 111 training centers spread across 26 states
Training will be given for these six customized jobs
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the inauguration of a customized crash course program for Covid-19 frontline workers. Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey will also be present on the occasion. The aim of the program is to acquire the skills of more than one lakh Kovid fighters across the country. Covid fighters will be trained for six customized tasks such as Home Care Support, Basic Care Support, Advanced Care Support, Emergency Care Support, Sample Collection Support and Medical Equipment Support.

The program has been prepared as a special program under the central components of the Prime Minister’s Skill Development Plan 3.0, which will cost a total of Rs 276 crore. Through this program, skilled non-medical health workers will be created to meet the present and future needs of the manpower in the health sector.
