Jahangirpuri Violence:Stones were thrown and set on fire in the procession on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti in Jahangirpuri area of the capital Delhi today. Then the violence spread. Vehicles were vandalized and many vehicles were set on fire. Currently the situation in the area is under control. In the aftermath of the violence, the Delhi Police Commissioner tweeted and called for tougher action against the culprits. He also urged the people not to listen to rumors.
