A sudden explosion during AC maintenance at a fast food restaurant in Jamia area of south-east Delhi has caused a stir. 6 people were injured. Providing information, Delhi Police said that at 4.15 pm, they received an emergency call from Jamia area in Jamia area of south-east Delhi, injuring six people. Those who are being treated in the hospital.
According to the information received so far, an explosion took place at a restaurant called ‘The Waffle Mania’ in Tikona Park area of Jamia Nagar. According to locals, there was an AC repair work going on when the explosion occurred. Upon receiving the news of the incident, the fire service reached the spot. The injured have been admitted to Holy Family Hospital.

The cause of the accident is not yet known
Four fire engines were dispatched to the scene. Police said they were investigating but could not confirm the cause of the blast.
