The application process will start from June 17

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, “The application process for the recruitment of health workers will start from June 17 and the selected youths will be given training from June 27. Applicants must have at least a 12th pass and be over 18 years of age.

Training will be given in 500-500 batches

Arvind Kejriwal said, ‘Training of health assistants will be done in batches of 500-500, starting from 27th June. After 15 days of training, 500 banks will be included in the second batch. Thus, we will train a total of 5000 assistants.

Why the Delhi government decided

Arvind Kejriwal said, ‘There was a shortage of medical and paramedical personnel during the first and second waves, this decision has been taken to fill this shortage. This decision will give a lot of energy to our ongoing preparations for a possible third wave.

What things will be trained to the health assistant

CM Kejriwal said, “IP University will provide basic training to health assistants in nine major medical institutions in Delhi. Five thousand youths will be given basic training in nursing, paramedics, home care, blood pressure measurement, vaccination etc.

Preparing a health assistant will help you prepare

Health assistants will act as assistants to physicians and nurses and will not be able to make decisions on their own. With the help of health assistants, doctors will be able to work more efficiently and patients will be able to take care of them very well.
